Items will be shipped with the Italian Post Office, The shipment will be made only at data from Etsy. The same day that payment is in my PayPal, the item is shipped. You will be informed of developments and events of the expedition.

If you are not familiar with vintage and antique jewelry please consult me or a professional before making your purchase. Vintage jewelry has marks and stains from age, and have been used by at least one or more previous owners and therefore will show some signs of such use or age and are not new, Please be aware of this before making your final selection! please reconsider, look closely at the pictures and ask questions, if needed. Every effort is made to be accurate and honest in all descriptions; striving for happy return clients is our goal!
Jewelry is sold as seen. I do not clean jewelry unless there is significant soil. I do not polish silver items. I leave the natural patina. Items sometimes appear larger to show detail. Ask for specific size before purchasing.

A minor imperfection or blemish, a variation in color are not considered 'damage' in vintage pieces......so please again, consider these matters as merchandise will not be accepted for return for these reasons. Obvious damage is different of course...and should any such conditions exist as I list an item, I try to clearly point out such matters .

I am happy to "reserve" items. I will reserve for 7 days only and will automatically take the reserve off after this time (unless we have agreed otherwise).

After selling splendid vintage costume jewelry for several years around the world both on Etsy and elsewhere , I've never had a issue of 'incorrectly described' and I continue to strive to maintain that fine record. Of course, no one knows everything....and I am always learning.


Aftercare:
Vintage jewellery is extremely delicate and requires special care and attention. Please be aware that vintage jewellery may contain lead or nickel. To preserve its beauty and condition, it is important to keep your item boxed and protected from other jewellery when not being worn and away from liquids including perfume and hairspray. Items are typically most suited to occasional rather than constant wear.
Your order will include our care card suggesting ways to maintain the condition of your jewellery.
We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred after the receipt of products.

Additional Care Tips:
Avoid contact with liquids or humidity including sprays such as water, perfume or hairspray and creams. Exposing jewellery to wet or damp could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discolouration and/or loss of stones. Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming etc.
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Add your jewellery last when dressing and remove before undressing. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. dropping or knocking against objects) that can cause scratches or chips.
